Logiquement, nous devrions gagner du temps et avoir moins \u00e0 nous presser. Nous cherchons \u00e0 faire plus de choses en moins de temps. Performants, comp\u00e9titifs dans la vie professionnelle mais aussi dans la sph\u00e8re priv\u00e9e. Je pense \u00e0 toutes les choses dont on nous dit \u00ab qu\u2019il faut absolument avoir fait une fois dans sa vie \u00bb et qui, par effet rebond, produisent tout un tas de propositions pour augmenter notre vitesse d\u2019action : Fast-Food, Speed Dating, Power Nap, Quality time avec les enfants (consacrer aussi peu de temps que possible avec les enfants sans les n\u00e9gliger \u00e9motionnellement) ou Multitasking.<\/div><div dir=\"auto\"><br><\/div>\n<\/div>\n<div class=\"x11i5rnm xat24cr x1mh8g0r x1vvkbs xtlvy1s x126k92a\">\n<div dir=\"auto\">Or, dans ce r\u00e8gne du zapping permanent, qu\u2019arrive-t-il quand un caillou enraye la cadence ? Lorsque ce qu\u2019on appelle un \u00ab accident \u00bb de vie \u2013 ce qui n\u2019est en somme que la vie elle-m\u00eame, puisqu\u2019elle n\u2019est faite que d\u2019al\u00e9as \u2013 vient perturber notre efficacit\u00e9 ? La perte de sens, l\u2019\u00e9puisement, le burn-out, loin d\u2019\u00eatre des d\u00e9faillances individuelles sont en fait le r\u00e9sultat d\u2019un fonctionnement de soci\u00e9t\u00e9 qui nous emp\u00eache de nous penser dans le temps et d\u2019habiter le monde.<\/div><div dir=\"auto\"><br><\/div>\n<\/div>\n<div class=\"x11i5rnm xat24cr x1mh8g0r x1vvkbs xtlvy1s x126k92a\">\n<div dir=\"auto\"><span class=\"x3nfvp2 x1j61x8r x1fcty0u xdj266r xhhsvwb xat24cr xgzva0m xxymvpz xlup9mm x1kky2od\"><img decoding=\"async\" src=\"https:\/\/static.xx.fbcdn.net\/images\/emoji.php\/v9\/t49\/1\/16\/1f441.png\" alt=\"\ud83d\udc41\ufe0f\" width=\"16\" height=\"16\"><\/span> Pour notre sant\u00e9 \u00e0 tous et celle de la plan\u00e8te, je nous souhaite d\u2019\u00eatre attentifs \u00e0 ce qui r\u00e9siste \u00e0 cette agitation, en nous et hors de nous, pour trouver collectivement des leviers de d\u00e9c\u00e9l\u00e9ration.
