Dans les Alpes du Sud, l\u2019eau de la Durance et du Verdon alimentent une centrale hydro\u00e9lectrique dans la ville de St Chamas avant de se jeter dans l\u2019\u00e9tang sal\u00e9 de Berre. Or, cette eau bouleverse totalement l\u2019\u00e9cosyst\u00e8me de l\u2019\u00e9tang comme l\u2019ont d\u00e9nonc\u00e9 les \u00e9cologistes depuis des d\u00e9cennies.<\/div><div dir=\"auto\">\u00a0<\/div><\/div><div class=\"x11i5rnm xat24cr x1mh8g0r x1vvkbs xtlvy1s x126k92a\"><div dir=\"auto\">Pour rem\u00e9dier \u00e0 ce probl\u00e8me, un n\u00e9gociant p\u00e9trolier et un consultant ont r\u00e9cemment soumis au gouvernement le projet d\u2019exporter et d\u2019\u00e9changer le surplus d\u2019eau contre du p\u00e9trole ou du gaz.<\/div><div dir=\"auto\">\u00a0<\/div><\/div><div class=\"x11i5rnm xat24cr x1mh8g0r x1vvkbs xtlvy1s x126k92a\"><div dir=\"auto\">Je pense aux terres ass\u00e9ch\u00e9es, aux lacs vides, aux agriculteurs en d\u00e9tresse et j\u2019imagine d\u2019immenses tankers remplis d\u2019eau douce voguant sur la M\u00e9diterran\u00e9e. Au-del\u00e0 de l\u2019absurdit\u00e9 \u00e9cologique, cette image est frappante dans ce qu\u2019elle dit de notre rapport \u00e0 l\u2019eau. Une eau maitris\u00e9e, technicis\u00e9e, achemin\u00e9e, g\u00e9rable, marchandable.<\/div><div dir=\"auto\">\u00a0<\/div><\/div><div class=\"x11i5rnm xat24cr x1mh8g0r x1vvkbs xtlvy1s x126k92a\"><div dir=\"auto\">Avons-nous \u00e0 ce point-l\u00e0 perdu notre imaginaire de l\u2019eau pour la mettre en boite \u00e0 tout va ? Avons-nous oubli\u00e9 que nous sommes des \u00ab cr\u00e9atures de la soif \u00bb et que, de fait, l\u2019eau n\u2019est pas une ressource comme les autres ?<\/div><div dir=\"auto\">\u00a0<\/div><div dir=\"auto\">\u00a0L\u2019acc\u00e8s \u00e0 l\u2019eau est droit humain fondamental qui ne peut \u00eatre garanti que par une gestion publique et d\u00e9mocratique. Penser l\u2019eau comme un bien commun pas comme une simple marchandise. Et puis, si l\u2019eau n\u2019est qu\u2019un simple flux \u00e0 g\u00e9rer, pourquoi paradoxalement, vient-elle \u00e0 manquer ?<\/div><div dir=\"auto\">\u00a0<\/div><\/div><div class=\"x11i5rnm xat24cr x1mh8g0r x1vvkbs xtlvy1s x126k92a\"><div dir=\"auto\">A l\u2019heure de l\u2019\u00e9puisement des nappes phr\u00e9atiques et du stress hydrique, le philosophe Jean-Philippe Pierron rappelle que nous vivons deux oublis, celui de la soif comme relation originaire au vivant et celui de la culture de l\u2019eau comme art de m\u00e9diation de l\u2019homme et du monde.
